Summary

This early 19th century three storey shop and flat is made from roughcast and colourwashed brick and has a pantile roof. The ground floor retains an early 20th century plate-glass shop front and has a prominent canopy box and fascia board. In the 20th century, the chimneystack to the north of the gabled roof was rebuilt.

Shop and flat. Early 19th century. Roughcast and colourwashed brick. Pantile roof. Three storeys in two bays. Early 20th century plate-glass shop fronts with central door. Prominent canopy box and fascia board. Two 6/6 sash windows to the first floor with exposed boxes and segmental arches. Two 3/6 second-floor sash windows. Gabled roof with stack to north rebuilt 20th century. Interior not inspected.
