Summary

This early 19th-century house is constructed of flint, with brick dressings and a red brick façade. It has two first-floor bays and features sash windows set under skewback arches. The entrance door is set in No. 30 (NHER 46350), from which No. 28 is slightly advanced.

"House. Early 19th century. Flint with brick dressings and red brick façade. Slate roof. Two first-floor bays. Advanced slightly from No.30 [NHER 46350]...Gabled roof with internal gable-end chimneystack to east and west. Entrance door is in No.30. Interior not inspected."
