March 1971. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"House. Mid 19th century. Whole pebbles and flint with gault brick dressings and a black-glazed pantile roof. Two storeys in three bays. Central four-panelled door under overlight. Wrought-iron trellis porch with basket-arched hood. One unhorned sash window to left and right with 2/2 glazing bars and segmental heads."
