Summary

Carol House is a farmhouse constructed in 1730 of red brick laid in English bond. This two storey building has a roof of corrugated concrete tiles and a dormer attic. All windows date to the late 20th century, but there is a full-length, two-storey outshut to the rear which was added in the late 18th century.

"Farmhouse. Dated 1730. Red brick laid in English bond. Roof of corrugated concrete tiles.
Exterior: two storeys and dormer attic. Three-window range. Central half-glazed 20th century door under a five-vaned fanlight and within timber doorcase with hood.
Interior: not inspected."
