January 1973. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"House. Built around 1700. Knapped flint with red brick dressings; pantiled roof.
Exterior: two storeys. Entrance front faces south: irregular six-window range of two-light cross-casements under segmental heads and with brick surrounds. At first floor the windows to left, centre and right are original, remainder 20th century replacements."
