Summary

Church Cottage was built around 1700. This two-storey house is of knapped flint with red brick dressings and a pantiled roof. The roof is gabled with internal gable-end chimneystacks to the east and west, the latter of around 1700. The west gable has diaper brickwork and a panel under the chimneystack of moulded brick representing the crossed keys of St Peter.

Listing Description excerpt:
"House. Built around 1700. Knapped flint with red brick dressings; pantiled roof.
Exterior: two storeys. Entrance front faces south: irregular six-window range of two-light cross-casements under segmental heads and with brick surrounds. At first floor the windows to left, centre and right are original, remainder 20th century replacements."
