January 1973. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"House, now shop. Early 19th century, converted to shop 20th century. Painted red brick. Pantiled roofs. Two parallel ranges. Exterior: two storeys and dormer attic; east front is a two-window range. 20th-century plate-glass display window...Modillion eaves cornice. Gabled roof. Central segmental-headed dormer...Internal gable-end stack to north...Rear gable head rebuilt 20th century. Interior: ground floor opened into single retail area with applied 20th-century timberwork."
