Listing Description excerpt:
"St Nicholas House, Minstergate.
House. Mid 18th century and early 19th century. Flint with ashlar and brick quoins. Main façade of red brick. Pantiled roofs. Plan consists of a main block of three irregular bays with an extension to south of two mansard-roofed parallel ranges."
