Full Description
1740, one storey and attics, 2 gabled dormer windows and 2 windows at ground floor. Red brick. Pantiles. Date in brickwork with large figures on west gable, and initials IB in metal strapping.
The Ancillary building of Phoenix Hotel, the Church of St Nicholas, Church Street with Nos 36 to 38 (consec) Old Beccles Gate form a group.
