June 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"Pair of houses. c1825; shown on 1830 map. Red brick with brown brick facade and slate roof. Three storeys and basement, each house of two bays separated by a blind window bay to each floor. Basement with one sash window with glazing bars and a gauged skewback arch."
