September 1983. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Early 19th century. Grey brick and flint, partly colourwashed. Hipped black-glazed pantile roof. Three storeys. Sashes with glazing bars and flat rubbed arches. Three-bay facade to street, central doorway with rectangular fanlight with diamond-pattern glazing bars. Brick string course at first f.l."
