June 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"Early 19th century, white brick, pantile roof, hipped. Three sash windows at first floor, glazing bars and stuccoed flat arches. Wide eaves soffit with plain brackets. Six-panel door with wood case with panelled reveals and fluted pilasters and flat cornice hood.
All the listed buildings in The Buttlands (West Side) form a group and also with Yew Tree House and House adjoining [NHER 41170]."
