Summary

A late 18th-century three-storey brick shop and flat with a 20th-century shop front on the ground floor. The slate roof slopes back to a cliff wall and is not pitched.

Listing Description excerpt:
"Shop and flat. Late 18th century. Brick with slate roof. Three storeys in three bays. 20th-century shopfront to ground floor. First-floor sashes with glazing bars and gauged skewback arches. Two second-floor sashes with similar details, but with horns, separated by a blind window. Roof slopes back to a cliff wall and is not pitched. External stack to east end..."
