Listing Description excerpt:
"House, formerly a service wing to Burnham House, now in separate occupation. 18th century. Gault brick facade on earlier build, smut pantiled roof. Two ground and two first floor sashes with glazing bars. Coped parapet eaves, steeply pitched roof with one axial stack. At east a carriage arch, brick with flint spandrels. Bracket lamp over"
