Roman bath house and villa.
1960. In ploughing.
Roman villa and bathhouse discovered.
1961 to 1962 and 1964. Excavations.
Roman coins, metalwork (S3, S4, S6, S6 and S7). Iron Age ditch and Early Saxon sword left in hypocaust (S8 and S9).
1979.
Roman brooch.
1993. Metal detecting.
Iron Age/Roman pin. Iron Age sherd.
