Listing Description excerpt:
"House. c.1840 (shown on 1846 map but not on that of 1830). Red brick stuccoed to facade. Slate roof. Two storeys in four bays. Square porch in second bay from left is characterised by a pair of modified Composite pilasters...Parapet conceals low hipped roof. One stack right and left. To left (north) is a square-headed carriage entrance to rear."
