Summary

A late 18th-century two-storey brown brick house with an arched doorway and later alterations. Its south wall was entirely rebuilt in the late 20th century.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"House. Late 18th century. Brown brick. Two storeys in two bays. Panelled door to left of elevation in arched door-case. One 20th century window to left with glazing bars. One sash immediately above with glazing bars under a gauged skewback arch, and a blind window to left over door. Gabled roof with internal gable-end stack shared with No. 36 [NHER 63565]. South wall entirely rebuilt [in] late 20th century."
