Summary

An early 19th-century and later brick house with a rear wing and a pantiled roof. After being used as council offices, it was converted to flats in 1982, the ground floor becoming number 21 and the first floor numbers 19b and 19c.

Listing Description excerpt:
"Early 19th-century house with a rear wing, split into flats 1982, the ground floor being No.21, the first floor designated Nos 19B and 19C. Brick and pantiled roofs. Two storeys and attic in three bays, with a further window bay over passage to Three Crowns Yard...Entrance to No.21 under the semi-circular passage arch….Gabled roof with two inserted late 20th-century gabled dormers. Internal gable-end stacks. Rear wing has, to the north, a set-off between the two floors. Two sashes each floor. Entrance to flats via a 20th-century half-glazed door in north gable of front range.
Interior: Little of interest after conversion of 1982 on being vacated as offices by the District Council. Staggered butt purlin roof."
