June 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"Shop, formerly with flat above. 18th century, much altered late 20th century. Rendered and whitewashed brick. Concrete corrugated tiles to roof. Two storeys. Early 20th century double shop front altered late 20th century and large fascia board added. Two horned sashes to first floor offset to left. A blind recess is to right. Gabled roof. Two-storey extension to rear of 1930s."
