June 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"House. C1840. Gault brick. Slate roof. Three storeys in three bays. Central panelled door in timber case under an open-pedimented hood. Semi-circular overlight (i.e. fanlight has lost its glazing bars). Fenestration of replaced sashes with glazing bars under gauged skewback arches. Gabled roof, rebuilt. Internal gable-end stacks."
