Listing Description excerpt:
"Early or mid 19th century. Yellow/grey brick. Low pitched hipped slated roof. Wide eaves with paired brackets; 2 storeys. 2:1:2 bays, centre projects with small pediment. Sashes with glazing bars and flat rubbed brick arches. Wide central porch with 2 pairs of Ionic columns and pilasters supporting entablature with dentilled cornice."

Originally a house called Highfield built in 1823, the wine cellar was found intact in 1990, being a 15ft square room with 17 storage alcoves.

2003.
A fire on the site in 2003 destroyed a building. The exact location of this building and whether or not it was part of the listed structure is unknown. [1] suggests that it was the gymnasium that was separate from the listed part of the school. This is likely as the building remains listed. See (S4).
