September 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"Probably 18th century, altered. Three storeys including two sash half-dormers, machine pantile roof, stucco, lined and painted, rusticated quoins and on the ground floor two modern shop windows with central entrances under fanlights."
