January 1977. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Early 19th century. Rendered. Pantile roof. Brick dentil eaves. 2 storeys. 1st floor 2 sashes with glazing bars. Ground floor left hand sash replaced by plate glass and right hand double doors with rectangular fanlight and side lights."
