Early 19th century. Stuccoed. Pantile roof with gabled ends. 2 storeys. 3 windows. 1st floor 2 sashes with glazing bars and right hand splayed bay of sashes with glazing bars. Ground floor 2 modern shop fronts with fascia boards and cornices. Included for group value.
Nos 18, 20 and 22, Cromer Baptist Church and Nos 26 and 28 Church Street together with Nos 1 to 7 (consec) The Gangway including No 1 Surrey Street form a group.
