Listing Description Excerpt:
"Early 19th century. Stuccoed. Slate hipped roof. Paired brackets to eaves soffit. Corner building with rounded corner. 3 storeys. Church Street elevation 2 windows, sashes with glazing bars, 1st floor right bay window with curved sides and cornice. Brook Street elevation 3 windows, sashes with glazing bars."
