Summary

This former rectory house was constructed around 1820, of stuccoed brick with slated roofs. This two storey house has a hipped roof with three gault brick stacks, and an internal central staircase with an apsed well and saucer dome on the first floor with top light.

Old Rectory, Reepham road.
Former rectory house. Constructed around 1820. Stuccoed brick, slated roofs. Two storeys, three bay entrance, four bay return facade. Entrance front two ground and three first floor sashes with glazing bars, central six panel door lath four glazed panels, three light rectangular fanlight, simple architrave and moulded reveals. Simple end pilaster strips, returned round corners. Return facade to garden with four ground and four first floor sashes with glazing bars, end pilasters and central pilaster. Wooden modillion eaves cornice, hipped roof with three gault brick stacks. Central staircase with apsed well and saucer dome to first floor with top light.
