Summary

The barn dates to the early 18th century. It is built from brick with a thatched roof. The south side has central full height double doors flanked by one pilaster to the left and right. Beyond the pilasters there are various slit ventilation lights. The gabled roof is constructed from tie beams on arched braces and there are cambered collars and straight windbracing over the doors.

Barn. Early 18th century. Brick on brick plinth with thatched roof. South side with central full height double doors flanked by one pilaster left and right. Beyond pilasters slit ventilation lights. Pedestrian door to left of main door. North side has two full height double doors. Outshut to east. Gabled roof with tumbling in gable heads. Roof of tie beams on arched braces. Two tiers staggered butt purlins. Cambered collars and straight windbracing over doors.
