Summary

This cottage dates to the 18th century. It is built from flint with red brick dressings and a pantiled roof. It has three bays and a single storey with an attic. The windows are 19th century and have glazing bars. The parapet gables to the northwest are coped with rendering cement, the southwest ones are coped with tiles. A two-bay, single storey extension has been added at the southwest.

"Cottage. 18th century. Flint, red brick dressings. Roof red pantiles. Three bays, single storey with attic, formerly a pair. Two three-light 19th century cast iron casements, glazing bars, under 20th century arches, earlier brick dressed surrounds."
