Listing Description Excerpt:
"Early 18th century. At right angles to road. Flint with brick dressings; pebble-dash front to road. Steep pantile roof with coped gable ends, and brick dentil eaves; 2 storeys. Five windows, irregularly spaced, sashes mostly with glazing bars; 2-light casements and horizontal pivot windows with glazing bars. Modern glazed doors."

Spring 1998. Building survey.
The building originally contained three dwellings but the two nearest the road were combined to form one larger dwelling. The building exterior features dogtooth dentiles which are relatively rare in Blakeney.
