June 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"17th and 18th century, two storey and attic, stucco, lined and painted. Pantile roof, hipped right. Right portion probably originally with front gable. Four flush frame sash windows at first floor with glazing bars, the two on the right with thick bars.
Nos 43 to 47 (odd) [NHERs 47840 and 32077], Peardene [NHER 47408], Nos 51 and 53 [NHERs 47409 and 47444] and Nos 57 to 63 (odd) [NHER 47410, now demolished]."
