January 1977. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Early 19th century. Painted flint cobbles with brick quoins and window and door dressings. Pantile roof with overhanging eaves. 2 storeys. 5 windows. Sashes with glazing bars. Ground floor No 7 sash replaced by plate glass. Panelled and glazed doors, passageway on left."
