September 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"18th or early 19th century, two storey, red brick, first floor with sash window, now with centre glazing bars only and with stuccoed flat arch with key. Pantile roof, plain eaves. Shop front with wood case and door with fanlight."
