February 1979. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Early 19th century. Flint with red brick dressings. Steep hipped roof with pantiles. Brick dentil eaves; 2 storeys. Two windows. First floor small 2-light casements under eaves. Ground floor 2 and 3-light casements."
