Listing Description excerpt:
"Early to mid 19th century. Red brick. Tiled roof with gabled ends. Brick dentil eaves; two storeys. Three windows. Sashes, first floor centre original with glazing bars, remainder late 19th-century without glazing bars. Flush-panelled and glazed door with flat hood on wrought iron brackets. Stuccoed plinth and heads to ground floor windows. Victorian ornate ridge tiles. Included for group value."
