September 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"18th century, two storey, stippled plaster first floor. Pantile roof, fairly steep pitch. Two sash windows at first floor with glazing bars. Plain modern shop front.
All the listed buildings in Market Place (North Side) form a group."
