Cottage. 17th century. Flint, brick rubble and dressings, red pantiles. 1 1/2 storeys. 2 casement windows, glazing bars 20th century. Boarded door, tiled porch, about 1900. Brick quoins to windows, door and to filled in rectangular mullioned windows suggest 16th or 17th century date. 2 dormers, 2 2-light casements, glazing bars. Brick eaves. West gable: kneelers, brick parapet end stack. Steep pitched roof. South gable, stack, kneeler and parapet rebuilt. Gable with distinctive single course of brick alternating with bands of flint.
