Listing Description excerpt:
"18th century, red brick, three-light casement at second floor, two sash windows at first floor with rough flat arches. Pantile roof, wide eaves soffit. Slightly projecting modern wood shop front.
Numbers 1 to 9 (odd) and Former Girl's School form a group.”

February 2020. Minor Amendment to Listing.
The mapped location of this record has been corrected.
When Listed in September 1972, this record was located at TG 28187 30262. This incorrectly placed it at nonexistant 5A Market Street. It has been moved approximately 11m to the N of this point and is now located at TG 28188 30274, 5 Market Street.
