June 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"Early 19th century, brick, painted, two storey, window, mullion transom casements. Toothed eaves band. Pantile roof, hipped. Entrance on return, north, with six-panel door in wood case with fluted Doric columns, and trellis porch.
All the listed buildings in The Buttlands (West Side) form a group and also with Yew Tree House and House adjoining [NHER 41170]."
