June 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"Probably 18th century, one storey and attic, two sash dormers with glazing bars, two ground floor sash dormers with glazing bars and segmental heads. Reeded wood doorcase with roundels, door with glazed upper half. Pantile roof. Garden with cobbles."
