Listing Description excerpt:
"Mid 19th century. Grey brick. Black-glazed pantile roof with gable ends. Wooden eaves cornice; two storeys. First floor three windows, centre blocked, sashes without glazing bars, flat red brick arches. Ground floor three-light sash and doorway with rectangular fanlight. On left set back slightly, one first floor blocked window and panelled double doors to passageway with cornice and relieving arch. Included for group value"
