Listing Description Excerpt:
"Early/mid 19th century. Stuccoed. Pantile roof, hipped. 3 storeys. 5 windows, sashes, Maynard House only with glazing bars. 2 1st floor canted bays of sashes. Ground floor 3-panelled doors with rectangular fanlights. Maynard House has hood with cornice on plain brackets."
