Listing Description excerpt:
"18th century. Stuccoed. Black-glazed pantile roof with gabled ends. Moulded eaves cornice, chamfered quoins; two storeys and attic. One window. First floor sash with glazing bars. Attic flat-roof dormer with cornice and sash with glazing bars. Ground floor large early 20th-century shop front with fascia and heavy moulded cornice with end consoles and pilasters."
