Full Description
Early to mid 19th century. Former Council offices. Flint cobble with yellow brick dressings. Low pitched hipped slate roofs with overhanging eaves. Band at 1st floor level. 2 storeys. 5 bays. Centre left projects and is 3 storeys with separate hipped roof. Right hand projecting wing with splayed corners, 3 windows wide. All sashes with glazing bars. Porch at central projection with splayed corners, wide cornice on large shaped brackets and round-headed doorway with panelled double doors. Basement with 3 windows, 2 with sashes and glazing bars and 1 blind, with semi-circular areas. Yellow brick chimney stacks.
