February 1979. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"Probably 18th century. Stuccoed. Steep pantile roof with gabled ends; 2 storeys. First floor 2 widely spaced sashes without glazing bars. Ground floor large Victorian shop front with pilasters, cornice and blind case over, and central double doors."
