January 1977. Listed, Grade II.
Early 19th century. Stuccoed. Hipped roof. 3 storeys, top storey added later and projecting slightly with moulded bressumer. 5 windows. Ground and 1st floor five 2-storeyed bay windows with curved sides and with sashes with glazing bars. Right of centre glazed and panelled door with rectangular fanlight with glazing bars, modern French window on left. Later 19th century 2nd floor has 4 sashes and canted bay window all without glazing bars.
All listed buildings in West Cliff form a group together with all listed buildings in Jetty Street, Jetty Cliff and West Cliff.
