Full Description
St John's and All Saints' Church.
Medieval church, possibly of 13th century origins, with 15th century tower and roof. Extended and refenestrated 1824 to 1825; reference to works in 1864 probably a confusion with St Marks, New Lakenham. Good 18th century memorials. Graveyard with good quality 19th century tombs. Church is situated on the crest of a promontory with steep cliffs to the south.
See full details in file, including building report (S8) and press cuttings (S4) and (S5).
