Summary

This former house is now offices and a wine bar. The building is of 18th century date and is built from red brick with a slate roof. The central door has a rectangular fanlight, reeded surrounds and architrave, vegetal corner roundels and a small flat hood. There are sash windows with glazing bars throughout and a set of fine cast-iron railings across basement wells.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"Former house, now offices and wine-bar. 18th century. Red brick. Slate roof. Two storeys plus semi-basement. Five bays. Central door with rectangular fanlight, reeded surround and architrave, vegetal corner roundels and small flat hood. Five steps up. Sash windows with glazing bars throughout. Brick flat arches at ground floor."
