June 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"No 70 Bishopgate.
House. Early 19th century. Painted brick and pantile roof two storeys. Three widely spaced first floor windows. Central door with plain pilastered surround and small flat hood. Sash windows throughout with glazing bars and segmental arches. Corbelled brick cornice and two-span roof."
