Summary

A 19th century three storey former house, now an office, of brick with stucco detail. It has a pilastered doorway to the right, up three steps from the street. It is listed Grade II.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"Former house now office. 19th century. Brick with stucco detail. Hung-tile attic storey. Three storeys. Four bays. Right-hand off-centre door with semi-circular fanlight and pilastered surround. Three steps up. Yard entry at extreme left. Sash windows throughout: ground floor with side-lights and plain pilaster surround with small hood."
