Summary

The pediment of Chalk Hill House carries a date of 1842. This two storey building is of painted brick with a pantile roof and two brick ridge chimneys. The house also has end wings set back, with a moulded brick stringcourse under a parapet with central a pediment on four acroteria.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"Chalk Hill House, Nos 19 and 19A Rosary Road. Norwich.
House, 1842 on pediment. Painted brick; pantile roof; two brick ridge chimneys. Two storeys; five first-floor windows, symmetrical; bays defined by pilasters. Half-glazed double doors in slightly projecting centre bay are flanked by plain pilasters and brackets supporting a lead-roofed hood."
