Summary

This 18th century shop is built from brick and set on a flint plinth. It occupies a corner site with the principal façade at right-angles to St Andrew's Hill. The central door has a rectangular fanlight and attached Doric columns supporting pediment with carved arms of the Grocers Company. The casement windows have rubbed brick flat arches. This building appears to be incorrectly numbered in the listing description as No 12 St Andrew's Hill.

"Shop. 18th century. Painted brick on flint plinth. Pantile roof. Corner site with principal facade at right-angles to St Andrew's Hill: three storeys, three bays. Central door with rectangular fanlight and attached Doric columns supporting pediment with carved arms of the Grocers Company."
